For the Australian headquarters of global commerce platform Maropost, the brief was clear: create a future-ready workplace that reflects the company’s growth mindset, community focus, and global reach, while staying grounded in the context of the Sunshine Coast.
Positioned in the heart of the new Maroochydore CBD, the workplace was designed as both a destination and a day-to-day engine room. The fitout balances structure and softness, supporting deep focus, spontaneous collaboration, and the informal moments that define a healthy work culture.
Materiality draws from local cues, while remaining calm and professional. A muted base palette was paired with tactile finishes and warm neutrals, offering a sense of place without leaning too heavily into coastal tropes.
Underpinning the project was a deeply strategic phase, where we worked closely with the Maropost leadership team to understand business operations, brand values, and future needs. The resulting workplace is adaptable, intuitive, and ready to scale, a considered environment that reflects both who they are, and where they’re going
