Havana Haus transforms an industrial warehouse into a dynamic art space with an infinity studio, offices, podcast studios and event areas. Designed to embody the iconic HH brand identity while providing a blank canvas for users, the space invites innovation and personalisation. A sculptural staircase anchors the design, while fabric treatments soften raw concrete, balancing texture and warmth. A custom wall system allows flexible layouts, adapting to diverse uses. Guided by an ‘art gallery’ concept, the space evolves with its users, where artistry and brand identity coalesce seamlessly.
To execute this vision, we engaged in an immersive discovery process, requiring a deep understanding of the client’s objectives.
