The studio’s third collaboration with the developer, this collection of six townhouses was designed with community and sustainability at its core. Informed by a comprehensive Market and Competitor Analysis, the design evaluated industry trends, positioning and opportunities, allowing us to create a product that not only stood out but resonated with the target market.
End User Research was key to understanding the target demographics, ensuring the design and functionality maximised impact and met the needs of potential buyers. A Feasibility Assessment was conducted to analyse viability, constraints and potential, optimising project success and guiding material selection and layout decisions.
Thoughtfully curated textures and a restrained palette celebrate everyday living, with an emphasis on craftsmanship and durability. Buyers were able to choose between two schemes — Urban or Scandi — both featuring fluted details, timber textures and refined, minimalist finishes that ensured longevity and timeless appeal.
